Policy Rules Please NO EXTRA GUEST unless we have discussed otherwise, any extra guest will be directed to wait in waiting area. If you are paying in cash please have EXACT CASH, I do not keep cash on hand. If you are running late please reach out before hand. I offer a 10 minute grace period anything exceeding 10 minutes will be CANCELED and will need to be rescheduled through my booking site as well as a new deposit. Please when reusing bundles be sure to wash or drop off at least 2-3 days prior to appointment for maintenance, same applies for wigs failing to do so will result in $20 service fee. Any appointment after 6pm is considered outside of business hours and a squeeze in fee of $30 will be added to original balance. All appointments booked through the site must be confirmed through email reminder link 24 hours before appointment. Cancellation Policy
Hey ladies, please keep in mind I charge a 15% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 of the scheduled appointment.
